River Walk with Chris Triebert / Exclusive Online Release

River Walk with Chris Triebert is a diptych (dual screen) film currently on display in the Vermont Folklife Center's Vision & Voice Gallery in conjunction with the exhibition, GEOMORPH / Things Change and They Change Again.

Released here for the first time online, this 9 minute film is both a meditation on Triebert's creative process during the making of GEOMORPH, and a physical exploration of the river and objects that inspired her.

The film was produced by Vermont Folklife Center ethnographers, Gregory Sharrow and Ned Castle, in collaboration with Triebert, who graciously sat for a long-format interview as well as granting unrestricted access to her home and property along the Rock River.

Below is a collection of still frames from the film.
